During the meeting, relevant matters affecting the sector were discussed, including the Chamber’s rules, the application of arbitration clauses in contracts, and the promotion of alternative dispute resolution methods.
The occasion also included the alignment of Dr. Alex’s participation in the upcoming ordinary meeting of the Maritime, Port and Customs Law Committee of the OAB Rio Grande/RS, scheduled to take place in June, following an invitation from the committee.
